Hello there, I want to change my email address, but, I no longer have access to the address that I tried to change to. So, there is a message that says it is waiting to be verified. I can't veify the email address, because I am unable to login to it. I tried to get help from Google, but so far they have not replied, and, it has been months. So, I tried changing my email to another email address that I have, but, I can't because it is still waiting for me to verify the other one. So I don't know what to do. If someone can please help me, that would be great. Thank you.

    Changing the email address TO something you can no longer access sounds like a very bad idea. It would be wise to raise a ticket with support to get that first verification cancelled incase someone registers that email address and steals your account.

    At the time, I didn't try to change to an email I couldn't access. But, when I tried I couldn't remember my login. Now, I can't get help from Google because I didn't leave another backup email or phone, etc. But yeah, how do I send a ticket? Thank you for your help.

    Open a Sales suppor ticket (which you can do without being logged in, but make sure you ar entering the active adderss correctly) with details of what you are using and what you want to use.
