I always forget this promo pic artist's username, but their style is distict-enough to identify. Anyway, they tend to use a lot of custom characters, at least according to previous replies regarding other promos. So only they know if their characters are made from pre-existing morphs, transferred morphs, ones they made themselves, or a combination of these.
