A creeping infection spreads through the land, twisting nature into something alien and grotesque. The Corruption Builder lets you transform any environment into a nightmarish, otherworldly landscape overtaken by pulsating growths, writhing stalks, and shattered stones. Whether you're designing a cursed ruin, a demonic battlefield, or an eldritch horror realm, this pack gives you the tools to create a truly haunting scene.
At the heart of the set is the massive, towering Corrupted Tree, a monstrous entity that pulses with dark energy. Surrounding it, Creeps slither across the ground like organic tendrils, spreading their infection outward. Viscous Pustules bubble from the earth, swelling with unknown horrors beneath their cracked, vein-ridden surfaces. Stalks rise like grotesque, twisted flora, standing sentinel over the growing corruption. Jagged Boulders , Pebbles, and Rocks blend with the creeping infestation, making it easy to transition between corrupted and untouched areas in your scene.
Every detail of the Corruption Builder is crafted to add unsettling realism, from the gnarled root structures to the organic webbing that binds stone and growth together. The set integrates flawlessly into fantasy, sci-fi, or horror settings, allowing for maximum creative flexibility.
Bring forth an age of decay, terror, and transformation—Corruption Builder is the perfect toolkit for creating nightmarish, immersive worlds.

Oh I like, very good for making a corrupted land. Will it just be in red, or will there be green or purple options? (or an easily recolored texture setup?:)
Look, ma, it has ... Pustules Subsets!
Yeah, this one is going to jump into my shopping cart. Or ooze, or slither, or whatever.
This simply HAS TO infect my runtime ASAP!!!!!
I tried changing the glow colors around as an option, but because the fleshy parts have a red tone to them it always looked sort of off to me.. Having multiple texture sets to match different colored glows was also a pain file size-wise, so I stuck with including just the red option.
Despite saying all this though, it's extremely easy to do it yourself. You can just duplicate the emissive textures, grayscale them, then plug them back into the Emission Color and select acolor to set your glow to anything you want!
Here's a quick example I did.

The various orbs inside the veiny tentacles actually use point lights and SSS to create the glows inside, allowing for more customization on how the glows look when backlit, so instead of telling you how to change it, here are three MAT presets you'll be able to use with the set to change the SSS settings to green like in the image above. With these, all you need to change is the Transmission Color to match the Emission Color you set up above the image on the trunks/veins/tentacles to set the orbs to any color you like!
Hope this helps!
Oooh, this will be fun. I see what you mean about file sizes, it would be awfully silly to bulk up the package just for recolors when one could hue shift the maps themselves in Gimp or Photoshop and plug them back in if their infected land had a different thematic coloring. And I do like the look of that green with the red veins. Now I just need to think up a scene to use this with because it looks really cool
Oooh, very interesting kit!
It's out today!
