Extension For Bryce 7

Do you think this pack is compatible with Bryce 7?

I'm looking for extensions in this kind of retro 90s sci-fi hologram wireframe style.

But I'm not sure if the packs are compatible or not.

Any packs you could recommend? Textures, materials, light shaders... creation techniques?

Shaders are render engine specific, those are for 3Delight and Iray respectively in Daz Studio; Bryce would not be able to do anything with them.
