Blank window installing Bryce 7 Pro Materials on Win10

Hello everybody!  I've been out of it for a bit but I'm just now attempting to install Bryce on Windows10.  I'm having trouble installing the Bryce 7 Pro Materials, BryceProContent_7.0.0.13_Win.exe, I just get a blank window(first screenshot from Win10) instead of the welcome screen(second screenshot from Win7), hoping somebody has ideas:

If it matters, when I first run the installer I get the "Windows protected your PC" window, I clicked the "more info" link > "Run anyway" button.  when it says "do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device" I said yes, then it opens the blank window.

sriesch - I am sorry to hear you have issues installing BryceProContent_7.0.0.13.exe. I have it still installed on a Win2000, Win XP, Win7 and Win10. I never ever had issues installing it. I have no idea what goes wrong when you try to install it.

I installed the Pro Content on Win10 without your problems, I'm afraid. The only thing I saw, you wrote you installed BryceProContent_7.0.0.13_Win.exe. In my Product Library on Daz3D under "Bryce 7 Pro Upgrade" I find the version BryceProContent_7.0.0.19_Win.exe. Maybe it's just a version problem. Fingers crossed.
