Can I convert an uncompressed animation I made to a compressed format without re-rendering?

Trying to play a high resolution, uncompressed animation I made.  Maxes out my PCs memory and quickly crashes when trying to run it in a media player.  Is there a way to convert it to a compressed format in DAZ3D Studio without re-rendering it from scratch?

Thanks

That would be soemthing you would do in a video editor, and it should be possible (memory permitting) - though I am not sure compressing the video would help that much in playback. In general it is best to render to an image sequence, then turn that into a video using a dedicated application (which will give you more options, among other things) - in fact that is what daz Studio does, it just hands the sequence (in the Temp folder) off for conversion when it is done, and then deletes the temporary image sequence.
