Contacting DAZ creators

Hello 

As a resonably new DAZ user, I have purchased a number of assets for Genesis 9 characters, I came across a clothing option that I would like to use in my project but it was designed for Genesis 3 models. Is it possible, or even allowed, to contact a specific creator to query things with them? Specificially, if its possible to "upgrade" an asset for the newer generations of models to avoid any errors.

    Certainly it is allowed, however, usually you have no way to directly contact the content creators, aka PAs (Published Artists) because you don't have their user account in the forum... unless the related PAs are active in the forum. You can find there avatars with user names in some threads / posts.

    You may fill a tickect if you have any request. That's the usual way.
