You know, I never noticed what a Daz purchase shows up as on credit card statement...

  • On my CC it shows as DAZ - phone number - UT. it doesnt list and items purchased.

It will be obvious it's DAZ and will be easy for her to find DAZ related art work online.

Why are you using a credit card not being yours in first instance?, If not yours do not use it!

My kids had permission to use my credit cards for certain things when they were younger.

Uh, folk, when you are underage credit card companies allow the card holder to add other people as an authorized user of the credit card account. Usually it only immediate family are authorized. The OP's mother will see those charges but he probably only need worry if she does a search of example DAZ art. In that case, he might be prepared to show what he's been working on and it could develop into a good hobby or career for him if he's reasonable in his stated goal of creating good art or learning game development.

That said, when I was 12 if you discretely wanted to learn about anatomy you checked out books on Greek and Roman antiquity. laugh

No I didn't bother hoarding them but I did actually had interest in foreign cultures since I was little. Anyway, the pictures in NatGeo were not nearly so scandalous as that art of antiquity. At least to a 12 year old. I also developed an interest in being a doctor but that was genuine interest in how the body worked. blush

    Each separate order shows as <purchase date><post date><reference number> DAZ3D.COM <DAZ Phone Number> <dollar amount>

You might be better off purchasing a gift card for yourself and then redeeming it as store credit; only the gift card will show up on the credit card statement and you could do multiple orders from the store credit, depending on the amount. Some credit card companies view multiple small purchases to the same company as suspicious.

There are other good reasons to use the gift card route, especially if you are not a US resident.
