RTX 50 GPU series dont work with daz ?

my friend just bought a 5080 and says daz is not using gpu for rendering anymore and i asked around and looked at reddit and found same compalins

is it true that daz3d is not working with 50 series right now ?
because i am about to buy a 5080 gpu

Unfortunately they don't... at least with DS 4.x. Though there's no official confirmation from Daz3D company but it was confirmed by the mods.

The version of Iray included in the latest versions of DS does not support 50x cards.
