Batch pose mirror script for G8 and G9?

Hi everyone!

Is there a batch pose mirror script that would automatically create the mirrored pose .duf files along with mirroring the tooltop .png files?

Sorry for digging out this topic, but I really need an answer. I refuse to believe PA's make all the mirrors by hand - that's like hundreds of hours of time wasted on a non-creative task that could be automated.

Smartprops could be script-mirrored too.

Anyone here know how to code/use DAZ's API?

There's no such a script by now... AFAIK.

No, PAs don't make mirrored poses by hand, but just with Edit > Figure > Symmetry (Shift + Y) on the selected posed figure, then save a mirroed Pose Preset ~~ As for Smart Prop, do the same step on the Smart Props with Symmetry before mirroring figure's pose. This is the "standard workflow". (ss 1 ~ 3)

And technically, yes, a script can be written to batch convert Pose Presets duf files ~~ but it's needed to have someone who's willing and capable of doing this job ~~

To mirror a prop, with the figure zeroed reparent it and then invert the x translation and the y and z rotations.
