Tree Swing Garden - FilaToon and Iray can't be installed

After purchasing the product doesn't show up in the IM and when I check "My Products" in my account, there are no links for the IM or manual install. I haven't opened up a ticket, b/c customer support has been behind schedule for over a year, so there is no point imo.
