Doctor who did you say?

Just saw this pic on one of tody's offerings by Virtual World.... Middle-Age Men HD for Genesis 9

... and something about it just screams "Doctor Who" (1970's versions, of course)

Anyone know what hair and sideburns were used on this gentleman?

Hmmmm.......  It does look like it somewhat.

But I think that it might be a blend of the Viscount hair and the Marty Mane hair..... but only the artist knows for sure.

The whole sssembly (the face along with the hair and clothes) makes me think there's been some sort of teleport (ttansmat, whatever) fusion of Jon Pertwee's 3rd Doctor and Ian Marter's Harry Sullivan.  (Yeah, I how that Harry didn't even encounter the Doctor until moments after he regenerated into Tom Baker.  Consider this an "unbound" or "broke canon" narrative.  Though Ian Marter as a different character did act with Jon Pertwee in "Carnival of Monsters".  Why. yes. I AM an unrepentant geeky Whovian! cheeky)
