Genesis 9 Pose Problem Body Deformation

Hi Guys, 

I have the problem that as soon as I load a new character and give it a pose, the feet and hands are deformed. Up until now I was always able to fix it using the hidden parameters. Which was annoying because I had to adjust it every time. However, I can no longer make any changes there as nothing is displayed. I'm attaching a photo of the problem. Before, I could adjust all the poses, but now only ''CCrow Base Female'' is visible. I hope someone can help me.
