Gallery (I don't know that it's a "product") suggestion/request

(Please move this as appropriate.  I'm not sure where to post this.)

I notice that the default gallery setting seems to be "Popular".  This tends to bury / obscure new gallery entries; I'd like to request that the default should be "Newest" to give them a chance to get "Popular", if they warrant it.
