Get X% Off New Releases* *Excludes New Releases????

Wow, that's some sale. In the email, I can get a % discount off new releases, but the * says excludes new releases.  Then it says "Check out the most recent New Releases and stock up!" 

Confusing much?

    BTW,  FYI the coupon does work, just disregard the small print in this case.
