Mesh Smoothing animation

I am experiencing a problem I've had before an wonder if someone knows a solution.  I have a character, Stephanie I am using in an animation and the Lady Shirt wardrobe is set up beautifully for her until I render a movie or image series.  There are holes in the mesh which do not appear if I do a single frame render.  I can remove part of the model's body parts but not the chest due to the neckline.  I've tried multiple settings with the mesh smooth adj. but not found a setting that maintains the renders without breaking down.  Any advice?

Thanks!

Don

Try to modify the "Collision Iteration" value in the shirt's Parameters.

If it still doesn't work, a little to the "scale" parameter (Just a little). Normally this does the trick. If the Scale parameter isn't listed, just tick "Show hidden" in the Parameters options.

If all else fails or Collision/Smoothing use too many resources I make a transparency map to cut out the areas of the texture that is poking through.
