"missing files" error on loading new product

Hey guys,

I just purcased a product, and when I try to load it I get the following error;

"Missing Files: Some assets needed to load the file were missing. The content may not work as expected. The following files could not be found:

data/jack tomalin/study/dh_study/dh_study_38052.dsf"

I tried uninstalling the product and reinstalling it through DM, but I still receive the same error. 
I also checked the directory listed above, and there is no "study" folder in the jack tomalin directory.
Any ideas what the issue may be?

Do you have The sdtudy, and if you do is it a new(ish) install? The original wasn't in native DS format.

I recently purchased this item, the DH Study, maybe a few weeks ago. What does it mean if it wasn't originally in native DS format? Should I try a manual install maybe?

Ah, Dream Home Study - I missed that, I thought it was the old Study product. How did you install, and which packages did you install?

I installed it through DIM. I own a couple other DH products and they do not have this issue. It is only the "study."

And it's the DH Study you installed, not the Eclectic Decor add-on?
