Dear PAs,

please let us know what hair styles you use in you promo renders, would make things much easier and faster to find.

Not only the Hair. Proper Promo Credits would be very nice!

Most of us do include a list of what products were used in promotional art.  It's listed at the bottom of the product page, though doesn't say specifically which promo used what product.  So, for example, if I used 3 hairstyles in my promos, they would be listed and you may be able to deduce which is the one you liked, or you can follow the links to check them out.

Same, I list mine in all recent products.  If you don't see a hair listed, it's because it was from another site or was a freebie from ShareCG or something.  We're not allowed to list those, but most of us will end up using them at some point because a PA can go through literally hundreds of hairs in a year, and you don't want to reuse them too much!

Also, please note that if an item is listed as a "Daz Original", the PA almost always does NOT make the promo images, and has no clue what was used besides the product the promo is for.

Interesting point, I did not realise that.

 

Generally though I LOVE to see what people have used in their promos, it's a big thing for me.

Some of us do and some of us dont.  Not every PA reads the forums and sees such requests and its not written in stone that we should do it.  Many times I have tried to remember to do it but then come submission time the only thing on my mind is getting all the right info included and submitting the product so I can move on to the next one.
