Clothes Fit Over Anatomical Elements in Genesis 9?

I was wondering if there is a Script to make clothing for Genesis 9 figures - female and male - fit over the genetalia?

Use a dForm or Push Modifier to adjust, though if possible it would be better to skip the actual parts and just use one of those tools to suggest the presence (they are eminently soft and squishable most of the time).
