No genesis base figure?

Hey! So I just installed the DAZ studio 4.5 and I entered the serial key and all but now when open it, i see no figure, only the blue background? Help?

    The content installer is now seperate to the main installer. Did you run and install the file called 14812_GenesisStarterEssentials_1.3_trx.exe which contains the new updated Genesis figure?

    What Operating System are you using?

    Any solution to this?
    14812_GenesisStarterEssentials_1.3_trx.exe doesnt work on windows 7 64bit.

    I'm pretty sure it ran on my Win7 64bit, but that was under DS 4.5.0.something
    Daz Studio 4.5.1.6 has been available for a while now, together with GenesisStarterEssentials 1.6
    You can reset your downloads to get the latest versions.
