I'm willing to bet it's the Luxury Car, but just reshaded with Iray shaders without using the Cherry Bomb textures. I can see the metallic flakes in the paint from the car paint shader.
You could be right there. The Cherry Bomb texture set also doesn't appear to have whitewall tyres.
