No longer a way to sign in for support?

Now when I click sign in for a support ticket, it does nothing. There's no way to sign in. I can send a ticket using my email but there's no way to check old support tickets and not sure how I will get the result of this one if I can't sign in.

Ok, weird. Discovered I'm already signed in on Safari but can't sign in on Firefox (on iPad.) I don't want to lose all my cookies so I guess I'll just check results on Safari. I started using Firefox for Daz because I can't upload images to the forums on Safari.

You can remove the cookies per site in Firefox from the little lock icon on the left side of the address bar. While on the DAZ3D website, click it and selct "Clear cookies and site data". There will be a confirmation dialog, specifying the target site data. Remove, and you're all set, or reset, I guess...

I don't see a lock icon except the one for privacy.

Yes, that is the one!  Click the lock and you will see a mini menu including clear cookies for the site.

I don't see it. I'm on an iPad. When I click the lock, I get this

    Ah, try this:

Clear cookies and cache, but keep your history
Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.
    Tap Remove All Website Data.
When there's no website data to clear, the button to clear it turns gray. The button might also be gray if you have web content restrictions set up under Content & Privacy Restrictions in Screen Time.

I don't want to delete all my cookies because of Daz. I'll just use support on Safari. So many hoops to jump through with this site.

In case you decide to try  the instructions I posted won't delete all your cookies.  When you get to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, you will see specific website names such as Daz3d.com.  It will take its time and eventually show you a list. Touch "Edit" at the top and then swipe left on the name and a trash can appears next to it. click the little trash can for that site. Do not click on the red delete all web data at the bottom (it looks orange in the picture posted)!
