Does DAZ give our email address out to NVidia?

I have never given my email to NVidia but recently I am getting IRay 3D spam emails from NVidia and the only common link is here at DAZ..

So with DAZ's relationship with iRay in DS is one of the prerequisits sharing email addresses of customers with NVidia?

    I get Nvidia Geforce Experience updates.

    Probably since I signed up for it to support my Nvidia Geforce cards in my laptop and desktop systems...  cheeky

    Do you use Substance at all? Designer has Iray built in as well.

    Never gotten any spam emails from NVIDIA. Daz would also have to have a privacy statement and clearly state they share your information with third parties, give you a chance to opt out, and I don't recall seeing any of that. So sure the answer is "No, they don't."

    From the privacy policy:

    "Daz 3D does not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law."

    Yeah, we don't give out emails to anyone unless they have a warrant.

    I agree. You probably searched for nvida updates, drivers or more info and then your info was captured and submitted to nvida.

    If you have an nVidia card, are you using GeForce Experience to update the drivers?

    yes, for more than several years, but never has it asked for my email..
