A plush tiger turning into a "real" figure. This could be a series of paired figures - a cuddly toy and a "real" figure.

that sounds like a good story idea
I can't think of a plush tiger offhand, but it would be easy enough to do a similar thing with a bear just using assets that are already out there

The tiger's body is unusually shaped. Long torso, long arms, short legs. Might have trouble shaping it.
