Possible to edit geometry paths within Studio?

In another thread, I thought I read a post from Richard mentioning that there is a text editor within Studio. I'd like to know if there's a way to easily edit the geometry reference paths for native Studio content.
What I'm basically doing is loading CR2 and HR2s from my old Poser-compatible /runtime folders into Studio and then resaving them as .daz and other formats, but I want to edit the reference paths so they point to a new geometry file in my sorted Connect folder structure and not to those in the old Poser /runtime one.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Aren't the paths already relative paths?
You mean when the file is resaved in Studio, it forgets the old path and sets a new one? I can't confirm that without deleting the old geometry files or being able to see the listed path (which is why I asked about an editor within Studio). Could make sense though, I was very surprised to see that when I resaved some other files, it started referencing the same textures that I had reinstalled with Connect. How it knew to switch references on its own and from a new directory, I have no idea.
It should use relative paths, and the Connect-installed items take precedence.
So just to confirm, I drag and dropped a hair file (HR2) that was purchased from another store into Studio. I then saved it as a Wearable. Now when it's loaded, do you think it's referencing the geometry in my old Poser runtime structure or is it referencing a new geometry file (and textures too?) that was created in the /data folder upon it being saved as a Wearable?
A self saved duf file isn't encrypted, so you can open it in any text editor (if you chose to compress them, then you'll need to run through decompression first). But if it is referrencing something in a /data folder than it's using the new location....if it's a Runtime/Geometries it's probably the old location.
Oh that explains why I can't edit the files in my text editor, I keep forgetting they get compressed when saved. I will resave one uncompressed and take a look. Thanks.
