Why is ForbiddenWhisper the only vendor with a New product not in the Featured Artist Catalog?

I'm looking at the new products today and I have a few in my cart and since @ForbiddenWhisper has the Merchant Base Skin Essentials for Genesis 3 Males, I assumed she would be in the Featured Artist Catalog, but I don't see her and her shop isn't being dicounted.  Anyone have any idea why that is?  Is this a glitch that needs to be fixed? an oversight?  Maybe because she was the only one without an Iray product?  Anyone know if this will change?
