Atmocam for Iray?

Has anyone used this?  is it relatively easy to use?  (think beginner Iray user with no clue please)  It looks like it would be awesome but want to make sure I can use it.

I have it, like it. It's pretty easy to use.

Essentially it's a camera with a ball in front of it parented to it, and a bunch of useful presets that you can apply to the ball.

Notably -- I know how to set up volumes myself. I still find it easy to have Atmocam to do it quickly and remind me of good settings.

Awesome thank you!  It looks really cool and something that I would use often.

I WILL warn you that volume stuff takes a lot longer to render... but it can really make scenes cool.

That's okay.  I think my renders go rather quickly compared to some from what I have read so hopefully it won't be too bad.

  • I have it, Sonja.  I really like it and it has been very easy to use.
