I bought the troubador outfit for gen 2 males on the 25th. I have since bought numerous other items. I have connect sorted by recent date it still is not showing up, and also it appears confused because many of the items showing up as recent I did not buy recently. A search still does not show this outfit.
How can I get this item. It is connect only? I'm a bit concerned, because it doesn't seem to work well and doesn't seem to sort as well as DIM Does. What can I do to fix this problem?

Put in a ticket, I'm reporting it as well.
There is something else that needs to be brought to DAZ and PA's attention as well, although it's not quite as urgent as not being able to find your content.
Installing content through Connect ignores any folder structure in regards to what the user sees when locating content. This is a major problem for items that were previously sorted into multiple folders, such as MEC4D's Iray shaders and similar items; they appear in either one huge list or divided very roughly by "metal", "utilities" and such. I was able to recreate folders by mimicking the original file path locations, but it took a good half an hour and a sore neck (from trying to read that tiny text on a high resolution) to do so. For anyone who still wants to sort their content using the drag-and-drop method, this will prove to be quite time consuming.
Thanks. I will submit a ticket. I'm sorry for the support people. This must be hard for them. It isn't urgent.
Next time you come across another complex product, go to the DAZ Connect install folder and drill down to the to the product's folder.
For Mec4d's PBS product it's My Daz Connect Library\data\cloud\1_22231\shader presets\mec4d\iray\pbs shaders vol.1
COPY the Mec4D folder and it's contents to your Shader Presets folder in the Content Library. That will give you the file structure and a "template" of what shortcuts to create. Then from within Daz Studio, drag and create a shortcut from the Smart Content tab using the copied icons as guides, you'll get a warning message the file exists an if you want to replace the file with the same name, click on YES. Because they are shortcuts the template file isn't actually replaced since they have a different file extension. You'll noticed the newly created shortcut has the customary file type tag, where as the "template" files don't. When you're finished creating the shortcuts, delete the icons without the file type tag.
Edit: MAKE SURE you don't leave any of the "template" icon/duf files as they are not linked to the DAZ Connect managed files.
@Lindsey
This is why so many are disappointed with the not so Smart Content? One shoudln't need to "dril down" , xreate shortcuts, etc. It should either be more logical or just be installed like the Content Library.
Thank you for that Lindsey...that's a more complex solution than I was hoping to hear but it's something. I'll share it with anyone who's having the same problem and give you credit. :)
