Genesis 3 morphs purchased, cannot find in Connect

I bought the Genesis 3 Female head and body morphs when they were first released, and now that I'm reinstalling a lot of stuff using Connect, I cannot find them anywhere in my Smart Content/Products tab. I know they're not already installed because my G3F has no morphs. Is anyone else having this trouble? I can wait to install them if it's a known issue, but I just wanted to ask.

I just looked in my smart content and the head/body morphs don't appear there for me either. You may need to download those seperately.
I found them and just installed them via DAZ Connect. Still have lots left in my install queue..
Yeah I can install them using DIM, just thought it was weird. And even more weird that they don't show up for us but do for Lindsey. Who knows. ;)
yeah. I went hunting specifically for them using Lindsey's pic. however, I still have no luck.

They finally showed up when I tried viewing All with no keywords. Seems a lot of content will not show up at all if you try to narrow the search down in any way. Can you check again and see if they show up for you?
I remember reading something, that if an item has no 'customer facing file' it wouldn't show; I think that was how it was put. :)
Yep, the issue is that some of the morph products have no preset files included.
You dial in those morphs directly in the shaping or the parameter tab of DAZ Studio.
In the past when you installed those morphs with the DIM no product was created.
Most of those morphs do now have a product that you can install with DAZ connect.
But it can be tricky to find those files especially if you have a lot of available content.

Why morph products without user facing files do not show up in searches
If a product has no file at all included this has the following consequences when looking for it in the smart content tab:
- products will not show up in the search even if you use the product name
Reason: without any preset included currently there does not seem to be a way to add a "tag" or "keyword" or a "category" with the Content DB Editor
- products will not show up when you have "Filter by Context" activated
Reason: without any preset included currently the product has no "Compatibility" information. This means it was not defined with which figure this product is used. If you have a figure selected in the scene with "Filter by Context" on the morph files are not displayed because they were not identified as compatible with any figure.

How do you find and install products with no userfacing files with DAZ connect?
- make sure "Filter by Context" is NOT checked
- switch to the "Available" tab in Smart Content
- set the Filter option to Sort by Name: A-Z
- manually browse to the product name
Alternative:
if you recently purchased the product
- make sure "Filter by Context" is NOT checked
- switch to the "Available" tab in Smart Content
- set the Filter option Order Date: Recent first
- scroll down until the morph products show up

Long term solutions for this issue?
It is not sure yet if, when and how DAZ3D will adress this issue.
Some DAZ staff is talking about adding a "dummy file" to those morph only products.
It would then be possible to add tags and compatibility information to that "dummy file".
In a way this was done with the HD morph products. They include an actor figure with keywords and compatibility information set.
Suggestion:
An alternative would be to add the option to add "tags", keywords, categories and compatibility information on a product level. But I do not know if that would even be possible with the current CMS.
