what happen to dynaimc clothing control ( resolved)

I had some issues with my dynamic clothing control tonight wkring my my geneie animation. so I tried to redownloaded and  to re install it thinking i may have a glitch... then it dawned on me that the version of dynaimic clothing control in myproduct liebary  has been changed for daz studio 4.9 .  and the only back up I have is for 32 byte version of daz  so that is why I went to redownload the control

the error says that the copy I downloaded was for a new copy of daz I am used daz.4.8   I bought dynamic clothing control  plugin in 2011 for daz 4.5  so where is my version of dynic clothing control  for 4.8  I am not using daz 4.9 and i would like the version that works for 4.8  how to go about getthign this version

 you can see my screen shot to show I do indeed  have the plugin  and the date i got it.  or do i need to put in another support ticket

You'll need to ask support if you didn't save the 4.8 version.

The only 4.8 version I have saved is the 32 byte I thought I had them both but I can't find it

okay I subbmitted a ticket I found a another back up of the plugin I had but it was for daz 4.6

okay after going through 3  HHD drives of back up I found it  and reloaded it and the error i was getting is resolved I wrote back told them to disregard my ticket request for support
