    I doubt CS is very understanding, if they were . . .  the problem would had been fixed in a timely manner

    so a screen shot won't help now.

    XaatXuun you never get what you don't ask for even from the most understanding CS on earth. The CS here however regularly gives people discounts that have expired when there is a solid reason why the customer could not make the purchase. You can still ask you know. As for timely manner... CS works a business week most of the time. And as someone who has worked CS in the past it is no easy breazy job even when you can keep it to 40 hours a week. That was why I suggested the screen shot since they do not work on the weekends.
