Any extra discount for bundle if you buy the base figure?

Nooooooo! I just bought Michael 7 last week and I noticed that today there is a special price in the bundle due to 4.9 release. Is there an extra discount if we want to get the bundle but already own the basic figure? Even if it is just an extra 5%. I just don't want to feel that I'm re-buying the whole figure again.

    Just buy the pro bundle, and then submit a ticket for a refund for the M7 base, since you got it less than 30 days ago, this should be honored.

    Maybe. I purchased Renegade for Genesis 3 Male(s) during the sale to buy one G3 item and get 70% off G2 stuff. Today I bought M7 Pro, which includes that product. As the original purchase was a requirement of the discount on the rest of the order, I think DAZ would be within their rights to refuse to refund it. However, if XpiderMan's purchase wasn't a qualifier for additional discounts on other products, I would expect he could get the refund.

    I'm not sure this is the best place to ask this question, but I don't want to bother starting a new thread that will likely get lost in the panic. But, does anyone know why the M7 Pro bundle is only 50% off but the V7 Pro bundle is 74% off? I have no desire for V7, but if I could get the M7 bundle that would be fantastic. However extremely limited funds + one day sale + inconsistent sale percentages = wary customer.

    V7 pro is much older, whilst M7 pro has only just finished its 60 day new period is probably the main reason for the difference, but naturally DAZ is free to discount its products as it sees fit

    I submitted a ticket 7 hours ago. I wish I could have an official answer. I really want to take advantage of the sales right now. If I don't get the discount, I want to then just get some of the individual items such as Aiden and Dash, but if I get the credit, I would get the whole bundle. :(

    In my experience a ticket can take 2-3 days to be processed, and with the high volume of sales DAZ_Jon said they had seen today, it could take longer if the sales staff are overwhelmed. All I can say is on the few occasions I have contacted support they have always been very understanding, and indeed on one occasion over compensated me for the loss. If you did not buy M7 to trigger a discount on anything else, I am sure the sum will be credited, but it is likely to take a while.

    I bought Michael 7 when they had the special at 50% when buying any of the new releases. I thought it was last week, but it was actually two weeks ago.Th purchasing Michael 7 didn't trigger the discount, but buying the other items, trigger the price of Michael to go down.

    That should be okay, but I don't remember the small print (if any) during that particular promotion. I know I got 1 Genesis 3 item around a week ago which triggered deep discounts on 3 Genesis 2 items, I am certain that would not be ok for returning.
