    Mmmm... Keens are so comfortable, most of them are kind of hideous, but sooo comfortable.

    This would be the closest here, it is at the very least a sensible mary jane, though it lacks the traction-y sole of your image

    Honestly I dont think there's going to be much out there that fits perfectly, certainly nothing with the plastic toeguard (Its not all that popular in the real world let alone the 3d world where we don't have to worry about things like arch support). Your best bet may be to combine the sole of athletic shoe a onto mary jane b, by loading them both and hiding the bits you don't want in the materials tab.
