I don't think it's the edless summer pontytail. Too high and thick and seems like it's a knotted pontytail at the top like I Dream of Jeanie.  I'm dying I want this hair.  There really should be some promo credits

I've been wondering the same thing myself, I think FMSCDesigns is right and it's endless summer.

If you look at the 3rd to last promo image for endless summer, the one of Victoria aiming the gun and running towards the camera, it looks close to Zoe's promo pic.

The first place to look when bundles are released, are in the bundles. They coordinate before releases, which makes sense.
