it was good just few days ago to have such an oportunity to get her amazing pose sets for few bucks each (2 (even less) to 4usd a piece)
A good number of PAs tend to have a "prefered" type of items, either because that's what they create more easily or simply because that's what they like creating best.
If you check ironman's store here and at Renderosity more closely you'll see she also sells sets, props, and even a few clothes...
