...there is an issue with the Lucid Dream Dress.
Barbult already entered a ticket and I noticed the same issue. Basically there is a bad polygon on the right side of the lower abdomen area of the dress that forms a "spike" even when the smoothing iterations are set as low as 1.
I am wondering if anyone else who purchased Lucid Dreams has seen the same.

Barbult, have you put in a ticket on Lucid Dream?
Did you get a response back? As the documentation center still shows no known issues.....

...that's sad as it is such a nice dress for my character Leela. Not sure if I could get a refund since I picked it up as part of a sale.
I got it as part of a "no refund" sale, too, but there was a caveat that said something like except verified defective products. So if this isn't fixed by 30 days after my purchase, I'm going to ask for a refund for the dress and the corresponding texture pack. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next few days and I won't have to test that policy. It is a cute dress and I was so disappointed when it was defective.
I would expect a substantive issue with the product, especially if reported before the end of the 30 day wndow, would allow a refund more than 30 days after purchase.
Is that right? I'd be willing to wait a little longer, but I don't want it to turn into one of those help requests that never gets helped, and then I'm stuck with something that never worked and never will. I'll update me help request to ask about that policy. Thanks.
...same here as the main reason I got it instead of something else was because it is perfect for my young teen amd even child characters since there is so little appropriate clothing available for that age group.
I feel bad that we've somehow sidetracked the subject of this thread (Let it Snow) with a long discussion of Lucid Dream problems. Could an administrator/moderator move these posts to a separate appropriately titled thread?
...just started a thread on that subject.
Yes we are aware and the artist is working on rectifying the issue.. Thanks!
