I never found high heels half as hard to walk in as those big stack plaforms when I was a teenager.

These were my fave sort of shoes for work

I'm a big fan, in real life as well as 3D, of 'slouch boots', mainly 'slouch ankle boots', and I really wish more vendors would make those.  Without spiky heels. :-)

Slouch boots! Yes, bring it. I'll take 5 pair in size 8 wide please. Bonus points if they have silver buckles. I'm also a big fan, in real life, of slouch boots.

I can't walk, or stand in anything above an inch. My feet, ankles, and knees begin to hurt immediately. I'll admit to being un-practiced, un-coordinated, unbalanced, unhinged, etc. These days, my biggest requirement is a good walking tread.

This is my summer shoe. http://www.chacos.com/US/en/z-1-unaweep-sandal-wide-width/22312W.html?dwvar_22312W_color=J104988W#cgid=women-footwear-sandals&start=1

This is my "too cold for my Chacos" shoe http://www.overstock.com/Clothing-Shoes/Womens-Eastland-Newport-Black-Leather/9257805/product.html?refccid=Y7JEQTJUHRQZQT2G33TMVITLBM&searchidx=7

I keep it simple for my own feet.

There is no gravity in the Poserverse (of which Studio is an AU). Anyone can do anything in any kind of silly foot decorations (they aren't properly *shoes*) if there is no gravity.

This has to be true because Vicky would never keep most of her tops on with her perky bustline either. wink

I had these really tacky sandals that were cork when I was around that age.. Maybe 2-3 cork wedge bottoms and cork covered straps. Looking back they were really ugly and were a nightmare to walk in. I also had a really bad pair of bright yellow fake patten leather backless wedges that had really heavy plastic soles that my mom turned up with one day. They were so loud and ugly I would only wear them around the house. Then one day I forgot and wore them to school.. Oh the horror!

Finally Dragon Queen for Genesis 3 female does not appear to have high heals, but the outfit begs a different question.  Does she have to have a camel like bladder in order to wear that? How does she relieve herself?  or is this outfit for "Nobody poops" stories?   The outfit does not look comfortable at all.

A super skimpy fantasy outfit like that and no heels is just wrong.

What would the logic be in not selling what customers actually buy?

Sickleyield stated in the blog on deviantart that daz was no longer accepting the pasty clamp combo outfits.

If you look closely you can see there is a string holding the halves of her bra together, between the wing-claws. So it's a clamp-and-full-coverage-granny-bra outfit.

ok. I thought it may have been scarcasm.... but online one can never tell. yes

It could be that the product was created before they went with a new rule or it may be that they have bowed to the will of the masses.
