Download page Personal version not working

Hello everyone.
I would like to get started in video games and I have thought about the convenience of doing it with Unity.
I have entered your website and the link to download the personal version does not work.
Is that because they have changed their pricing policy and it is no longer free as before?

    Unity is still free for personal. Download unity hub to keep track of your installs rather than a pure unity download
