adding scripts to menu

How do I get scripts from the content library (where they work ok) to the Scripts menu at the top of the screen?

Right-click > Create Custom Action.  I think that puts it in the Scripts menu automatically, but if it doesn't, then Window > Workspace > Customize and drag the script from the left to the desired enu on the right.
