Can't Check Existing Help Tickets (Solved)

The Help desk pages seem to have changed recently Now going to support and clicking on 'Help Desk' (i.e Help>Contact Us>Helb Desk) just brings up a form to submit a request and I no longer see a tab or option to go to existing requests. So how do we check on existing requests?

I think it is now recent activety,. Go to the help desk,  click on your name at top right and you see it says "my Activety" or something similar.

Thanks Mike. That works; but I'm still wondering how anybody would find it on the site if they didn't know that specific link to put in the browser

Edited to add: OK, I found it. So for anybody else who may be wondering: go to Help and selct 'Help Desk' (instead of contact Us) then bring up the drop down menu unde4r your name in the upper right and select 'My Activities'

I sure wish DAZ had been better about letting us know about these changes and how to navigate them.

@Cohole when I first read your post I must not have been paying enough attention andjust saw the part about recent activiy an missed checking under my noame

Not sure why "My Activities" didn't get you there, that's where I got the link.

I thought the previous version was unintuitive for finding existing reports/requests, but this new (better?) version was worse; when I eventually found how to get there! ;)
