External Hard Drive re-installation

Hi guys and gals! I have my daz content stored on an external hard drive and I had to reset my laptop. Which means I had to redownload DAZ instal manager. How can I reinstall DAZ without it deleting whats on my hard drive already?

Reinstalling the Daz Studio application will not delete your content, but you may have to reconfigure Daz Studio after installation to see the existing content libraries. You do that with the Content Directory Manager.

In general reinstallation should not touch user data - content, settings etc. - so you shouldn't need to do anything after an update of the application.
