"Product" has invalid tag: CloudAvailable. What does this mean?

I installed RAWArt's Nosferatu (and a few other products last night). Today when I tried finding them, nothing was showing up in Smart Content, and although the name Nosferatu is showing up in the Content Library if I click on the alphabetic list, there are no products showing up there, either. I uninstalled and reinstalled via DIM, to no avail. I checked the DIM log, and got a loooooooooooooooong list of products that have the same message (with different product numbers and names): "Product 23489-1:Nosferatu for Genesis 3 Male has invalid tag: CloudAvailable". What does this mean? Obviously, something didn't install right, or I'd be able to find the products. I checked my DIM settings, and it is (supposedly) installing to My Library. I've had problems lately finding products I've bought, so I think this has been going on for a while now. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit, if that helps.

What version of DAZ Studio are you using? Do you have DS 4.9 beta installrd?

Those errors won't prevent anything from installing, the update to DIM to recognize the CloudAvailable tag hasn't been released yet.

Can you post these 2 screenshots:
    1) In DS, Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, expand the "DAZ Studio Formats" and "Poser Formats"
    2) In DIM, on Ready to Install tab check the "Show Details" box in the lower right

I've got 4.8 installed. I'm getting the screenshots Fixmypcmike asked for.

Is R: an external drive?  Does it always get assigned the same drive letter?

Yep, it's an external drive, and it always has the same letter. I need to get to bed, I'll check back tomorrow.

I reimported MetaData. That didn't change anything. I looked through the online file list (for Nosferatu, I don't have time to go through all the products that aren't showing) and all the files are installed in their proper locations. I can drag & drop from Windows Explorer into Studio with no problem. The only things from recently installed products that I can browse to from within Studio are morphs. I was able to apply the Nosferatu morphs to G3M, then drag the materials and a pose from Explorer onto the figure. He looks good, I'm just trying to figure out why my products aren't showing.

The only thing I can think of is that Studio is pointing to both the original location of My Library (on my C drive) and the current one (the external R drive). Is it possible that for some reason Studio is expecting to find them on the C drive? A while back I did have a product (I think it was one of Zev0's scripts) that was showing in Smart Content, but gave me an error when I tried to load it. Moving the script to the C drive fixed that problem. I don't want to keep my content there, though, I don't have that much space on that drive.

You should have R:\My Library listed under Poser Formats as well, that may be why the materials aren't working.  You have lots of nested folders under Poser Formats, which may be causing problems, but since you're moving to the external drive anyway you may not need to deal with it immediately.  Put R:\My Library at the toip of the list, and if you continue to have issues I would remove the paths that go to subfolders of the My Library on the C: drive.

Ironically, I did move R to the top of the list under Poser Formats after my post last night. It didn't help. I'll remove the other folders when I get home from school this afternoon and see if that helps.

I deleted all the folders under Poser except R; still no improvement. I wonder if something has somehow corrupted my copy of Studio? I'm wondering if un- & reinstalling it might solve the problem. According to DIM, the products are installing where they're supposed to be.

No need to be alarmed. This tag was added to products when we started adding things as available in Daz Connect. This flag is sent down to DIM so that a future version of DIM could use it to improve the user experience for users that install things through both DIM and Daz Connect.

The current version of DIM has not been updated to do anything special with products that are also available through Daz Connect so it just throws a warning in the log because it got a tag it wasn't expecting. Nothing to worry about, it should go away in a future DIM release.

That's fine. I had initially thought the error message was related to my problem. I've reinstalled Studio. During installation, I got a warning (see the image attached) that there was something wrong with dzInstall.ini, so I moved it out of its folder (I kept it safe in case it wasn't the problem), and installed Studio again. Now I can find recently installed content in the Content Library, but nothing is showing in Smart Content, and the CMS is running. I'm not sure what the problem is, but at least I can find a little bit more of my content than before. The files are there, but Studio isn't seeing a lot of them.

Ok, this is weird, I just ran Studio as administrator, and a little bit of content is now showing in Smart Content. It's content that I updated a minute ago. I'm going to try reinstalling a few items and see if they show up.

I just uninstalled then reinstalled a product via DIM, and now it's showing up in Smart Content. I'm reimporting metadata now, hopefully that will fix things now that the .ini file is up to date.

Reimporting metadata fixed the problem. Prior to removing the old .ini file, that hadn't worked. Thanks to everyone who helped. Now I'm seeing products in my library I hadn't seen before. Time to have some fun.
