Hi - Is there a way to change the keyboard keys? I want to shift the keys over (I use WASD for navigation). But changing the custom actions doesn't do anything with new keyboard shortcuts. Any suggestions on how I can set custom keys?

Here’s how you can solve it:

Option 1:
In the FlexiKeys Manage Groups script, for each FlexiGroup, use the "Swap Left and Right Keys" option, and make sure "Separate Values for the Right Letters" is enabled. This will free up the left side of the keyboard, including WASD.

Option 2:
Add a shortcut to Scripts → FlexiKeys Enabled. That way, when you need WASD for navigation, you can temporarily disable FlexiKeys with a single keypress.

Option 3:
In FlexiKeys Manage Groups, open each FlexiGroup and use "Clear Action" for the W, A, S, and D keys. It takes a bit more time, but gives you full control over how FlexiGroups behave.
