Need help with changing transforms in an animation

Hi guys! I recently purchased few animation packs,  But I am not sure about how to change transforms of a particular part let say a hand for entire animation. The hand is getting inside the body is there a way to change transforms for entire hand for rest of the animation easily instead of doing every frame?
