Stop DS from creating icon files

Every time I save a render, DS creates an icon file for each image in the folder I save my renders to. Does anyone know how to stop this?

I save from the File menu "Save Latest Render" (or something like that). No thumb is created. When you save from the render window it goes where it thinks you have an album which means add a thumb.

You can remove the path from the Render Directory Manager. The easiest way to manage the directories is to open Window > Panes > Render Library. Right click the tab itself and choose Render Directory Manager- this window works just like the Content Library Manager. Any path listed in there will have the thumbnails auto-generated. Don't forget to hit Accept to save your changes.

You can also set the render window to save to a folder instead of a library - the little button with a picture can be changed to a folder.

It doesn't matter if you have set a library or not, DS will create an icon for every image saved through the render window, which is a MAJOR pita... Not just that, but if the folder you save to contains more images, it will create icons for that too. Seriously, that is a HUGE flaw and should be fixed.

Mine doesn't. After I changed from library to folder I stopped getting the .png icons.

It will do that if and only if the folder you save to is in a Render Library.
