Mantis bug checker confirmation email

How long does it take to get a confirmation email from the Mantis sign up? I tried to sign up over a week ago, and never got an email. I tried again today with a different user name, because I figured that one got lost in the system. It wouldn't let me use the same name. I printed out the "Account registration processed" page and verified that my email address is correct. Still no email after 5 hours. I assumed it was automated and should come within minutes.

    It should be instant - I assume you've checked the spam traps of your accounts?

    Yes, I checked both the junk mail folder in Outlook and the spam on the server, where the ISP quarantines spam instead of delivering to Outlook). Because I printed out the “Account registration processed” page, I can absolutely confirm that I entered my email address correctly.
    Is there anything else I can try? Can support help if I submit a ticket?
