Extra 20% of artists catalogue seems not to work

I tried every possible combination with the 2012, 2013 and 2014 Artists catalogues or even the flash sales catalogue, and new releases (PC items and non PC items), nothing gave these extra 20%. Where the h*#/ do they apply?

Are you sure you meet all the prequesites?
2 Items from Todays New Releases must be in the cart, too
and it does not apply to New Releases and PC+ Items
Seemed to work with the stuff I got Two new items from today, plus a few items from the from the flash sale and one item picked from one of the artist's that I had in wishlist. Just tried that to see if it worked because I didn't see it on the list of pages and didn't feel like paging through all the pages. It discounted so it stayed in the cart. I didn't get many extra items, but they were all from my wishlist. I don't know if it wasn't working earlier as none of the items I was waiting to go on sale were in the A-G slot.
These items from the artists catalogues of , example, 2012, were neither new nor (with about 20 bucks each) PC items. But they just got the Punch discount, when combined with two new releases, nothing else.
Correction. I just added the percentages in my mind, which didn't work out. Now I tried to break the price down. It's punch discount price minus 20% actually. Which, in case of an 2014 item, makes 68% instead of 60%.
In case of an 2012 item, makes 76% instead of 70%.
Dosen't add up, because I have to buy two new items I don't want and don't need. So ... cancelled.
Works for me, but it has to be new releases *from today* in order to work.
Worked for me. I had that Garibaldi Hair product on my wishlist. I wasn't sure if it would be discounted or not. I was sure it would not be. But I put two new items in my cart, plus another items that I wanted as well. The Garibaldi Hair ended up being around $16. Wow! I also had 5 punches. Not sure if they were applied or not. I forgot to look. But I'm not complaining.
