Are the Happy Holiday discounted items supported by DAZ?

I know the freebies aren't supported but are the ones which were discounted at 75 % off covered?  I purchased the Heavy Motorcycle Road Cruiser and DS keeps crashing if it is in the scene when I go to render.  I finally found that out by eliminatiion and have now wasted an afternoon with nothing to show as bike was fairly central to the scene.  Aaaargh.  If it is supported I'll send off a report to DAZ, not that they seem to ever respond to bugs ...

Yes, they are standard store items with a deep discount on the first couple of days.

Are you rendering in Iray, in 4.8, using the CPU? There's a known issue with that build of Iray - unchecking the CPU in the Advanced tab of render Settings (if your GPU can handle the scene) should avoid it or try using 4.9 (currently in Puiblic Beta) which has an updated build of Iray.

Well you were right by unticking the CPU it rendered without crashing.  I've never had that problem before so there must have been something Iray didn't like about that particular object.  I guess it is time to download 4.9.  I was going to wait until it was out of Beta but I expect most of the bugs should be worked out by now. :)  Thanks!
