Additional 7% on Gift Cards not working?

Has anyone got this to work? I tried different combinations of items and am only getting 10%, right now I tried putting 2 new punchable items in the cart with a 100.00 GC and not working. The 2 items are Jenara for G3 and Wicked knee high boots which are showing the 50% discount. What if anything is working for the extra 7% on GC?

I haven't tried, but it does say any two of 'todays' new releases, so perhaps that's the problem. The sales today are giving me a headache, they are so complicated.
Well the email for today says any 2 of todays punchable items so any items on the punchable page should work but I tried chinese garden and temple of silence and it worked then tried temple and expanded godrays and it didn't work? So whichis it DAz? only the new punchable items today or any of todays punchable items as stated in the news letter?
My ghift card dosn't work at all.
The only thing that is working so far is to put two items that are new as of 12-27-2015 into your cart along with a GC and you will then see the additional 7% discount on the GC. What you will not see is the additional 20% discount on all PA items stack on top of the 60% discount for the flash PA sale ("excluding new realeases") for PA items that are also in the cart at the same time. (although your earned punch discounts on GCs do stack with the additional 7% off)
