Rotating Flash Sale Not Working?

Is the rotating 60% flash sale supposed to exclude PAs who are currently in the 40% Punch sale category or are we missing some of the extra small print that says they are excluded?

I'm not understanding how the sale is working - it says buy a new release over $1 then the small print says Excludes New Releases....hope we get an answer soon.....
You need to buy a new release to get the discount, but the discount will not coult towards the new release, only towards the other purchases from the current sale category.
Well, I'm only seeing 40% (NOT 60%) on Art Collab and Aave Ninen even with a new release in the cart.
This FLASH sale is unfortunately driving me crazy. Once I have a new release - not even from today - in my cart, all products from vendors A-G which are not new should show 60%, right? It works for some products but more or less on a random basis. DAZ, please fix!

Todays sale states buy 2 items get extra 20% ,it does not work, why does it have to be so complicated ,it is really frustrating!
Ah yes, that seems to be what happened when I purchased a new item with one from the artist flash sale.
Put a new item in the cart. Put a "not new" item from Fuseling in the cart.
No 60% discount on the not new item.
Sale not working, nothing new here. Seems to be the rule rather than the exception with Daz sales lately.
It worked for me, but there seems to be a requirement that is not in the banner, the artist must not be part of the Puchcard Sale or one of the 2015 featureed items, if the PA is listed on the Punchcard page as a sale PA then your Punchcard sale amount overides the 60% off Flash sale discount, they do not seem to stack, but the 60% does stack with the Fastgrab items.
As an added clarification any item listed as New (and over $1) seems to trigger it including PC+ items, though as the banner says you do not get the discount on the PC+ items.
Just to clarify that I mean the rotating 60% off (though it hasn't rotated yet after just over 9 hours), the extra 20% off is not working for me either.
Yep, not working. Added one more new item from today to see if this triggers, but nope.
It would be great if Daz checked pricing after sales activated. Seems like it wouldn't take much effort.
Yeh, I can see where DAZ might not want the two discounts to stack; BUT we are being penalized by only getting 40% on some featured PA items when if they weren't featured we would get 60%
Talk about a glitch....check out this image and no I did not doctor it up in PS. When I selected purchase the price went back to the $10 from the price being quoted that you see on the image. DAZ should change their name to Glitch3d....if stuff like this is happening during the sales and check outs and they can't get their stuff together, what about the safe keeping of our credit card info. Just curious.
Has anyone else had issues with punches? I've bought three new releases but I'm still sitting with one punch
DAZ switches on new products, sales offers etc at midnight Utah time, when (I assume) the staff are all in bed, and so they would have to pay someone an unsociable hour rate to check everything at that time.
Naturally the wisdom of doing all the switch over out of office hours is another question entirely
24 hour sales should have 24 hour support (heck, even stores like B&H will tell you if there's no support at that time) - as for an hourly rate, if a support position is salaried, checking pricing at the activation time can be part of the job.
That being said, yes, shifting activation during office hours (and the equivalent during weekends) might make things easier for everyone. Certainly beats the current process.
In addition to all the other store problems
this particular sale seems to have a delay on punches registering. If it hasn't appeared on your sale page in five or ten minutes, try logging out (from the store, not the forums) then back in again. That ought to fix it.

There was a bug in the sale set-up but it was fixed about an hour ago, so it should be working correctly now.
Aave Nainen took part in the Punchard Sale. Apparently, only PA who did not take part in the Punchard sale are discounted. Which is kind of crazy, but well. I checked some vendors in the A-G range. Some have been discounted, some not. I wonder whether the announced rotation will take place at all. It's 12 hours already. As the first group was A-G, rotation should have taken place after 6 or at least 8 hours. The extra 20% for 2 of today's new releases was also not really working. I've got a quite nice 33% stacked discount on a gift card. Don't know what happend. Luca café and Luca poses did not count. But after adding i13's Road Trip as well, die gift card discount jumped from 10% (full punches) to 33%. Crazy sale.
I just tried out fiddling with the URL a little. The other discount groups are H - M, N - S and T - Z, pages are there but the discount is just not working. Four groups, so the rotation should have started after 6 hours. Seems DAZs shop config is simply broken. Anyhow, maybe DAZ will add H - Z tomorrow once folks are back at their desks ;-)

27th December is a holiday in the UK (Boxing day holiday moves to Monday). Is this not the case in the US?
Nope, just the normal Sunday. No Boxing day in the US. The next holiday is New Years on Friday 1 January

FirstBastion is not taking part in the 60% off sale, apparently?
Unfortunately they're the bulk of my wishlist in the A-G group, as I wasn't doing great financially during a few of their releases.
Fun fact! Someone apparently tried to solve it by adding an extra 20% discount to the 40% discount... So an item that is $29.95 after a 40% discount becomes $17.97, and then 20% off of that becomes $14.37, a total discount of 52%. But if you were to actually apply the 60% discount that the advertisement specifies, it would be $11.98. Edit: Nevermind, I'm triggering the OTHER discount, 20% off for having 2 new releases in the cart. I gave up.

I've seen that error quite often. F5/Refresh usually fixes it.
Looks like the latest category (N-S) is not working correctly, or at all. Added a new item and a Nightshift3D item (not new, from the sale catergory page) amd no discount was applied.
Ok, so I put in an item by Shifting Images, no discount as expected. I put in one of tonight's new releases and the Shifting Images' product got discounted. I removed the new release from tonight and looked down the page to a PC+ textures bearing the New tag and with that in the cart, the discount on the SI product was again applied.
Okay, now I seem to be seeing discounts as expected.
